DPD is pleased to announce the 2008 Corporately-Funded Facade Rebate Program will open soon. The Application can be downloaded here, or obtained through the city's website at:

www.cityofchicago.org/dpd.

 Please note the following Program highlights - see the application for more
information:

- Applications are only accepted from Monday June 16th to Thursday July 31,2008  and must be submitted directly to DPD.
- The maximum rebate amount is 50% and not to exceed $10,000
- Businesses in a SBIF will not be accepted.
- Applications will be on a lottery, not first come first served, basis
- All applicants will be notified of their status after the lottery
